He has extensively practiced at Civil, Criminal, Corporate & Arbitration practices and expertise in both Direct & Indirect tax matters. 

He was born, raised and educated in Bangalore, Karnataka. After earning Bachelors Degree in Commerce in the year 1987, joined Yethiraj & Co., as Auditor & Tax Assistant later inspired to Sales & Direct Marketing, Interior, Automotive & Exterior Decorative Paint industry and office automation both Indian & Dubai Companies. After returning from Dubai, diligently practicing as Auditor & Tax Consultant for various Trusts, companies and institutions. Then pursued the Law, passed out in the 2005 from Bangalore University adorned the Advocacy by enrolling to Karnataka Bar Council, Bangalore in the year 2005, practicing under aegis of Sri. H. S. Dwarakanath, Sr. Advocate in Bangalore, in the year 2007, started independent practice. He also pursued his LLM-Business Law from Kuvempu University passed out in the year 2008. He has lengthy practice nearing to two decades in the law.
