Litigation

“Legal Expertise in all Areas of Business and Private Life”

Litigation is a process for resolving disputes within the court system. It involves a contested action where a judge or other official may make the final decisions for the parties unless they reach a settlement before trial. Settlement can occur at any stage during the process. Throughout litigation, there may be multiple hearings and temporary orders (such as temporary custody and support), culminating in final orders. These final orders, which address the core issues of the case (such as custody, support, and asset division), are typically issued only after a trial with witness testimony.
